South African native Troydon has been a rising star in the past few years. His productions on Aroma, OM, Spatula City, Drop Music and Freerange (to name a few) along with his remixes on a dozen other labels have garnered him much deserved worldwide fame for his musical wizardry. He has also just started his own imprint called Phonoshuffle Records which had a smokin hot first release and is set to become a stand out label in the scene in the near future. Troydon continues to exploit his raw musical talents and ever expanding skills. He has quickly gained support from the industries most respected names such as Mark Farina, Charles Webster, Dave Taylor aka. Switch / Solid Groove, Chris Duckenfield, Jt Donaldson, Diz, Rob Mello, Andy & Laurence (Drop Music), James Curd, Kaskade, Jason Hodges, DJ Sneak and Heather. His discography is growing at a rapid rate and his unique style of quality house music incorporates many original as well as live elements with influences taken from jazz, to funk, to hip hop and anything in between. Justin R has been a fixture on the NYC house music DJ circuit for the past 4 years. He's played & promoted nights regularly at many of the cities top venues, including Pacha, Cielo, Sullivan Room, Love, APT and Le Souk, alongside many of the top talents in dance music, including Switch, Jesse Rose, Vincenzo, Jay Tripwire, Butane, Phil Weeks, Martinez, Adultnapper & many more. He has also had the honor of playing at The Bambuddah Lounge in San Francisco, The Beach Plaza and The Boom Boom Room in Miami, Basic at The King King in LA, Deepen at The Lotus in Vancouver and Bump in Boston. Recently, Justin has signed on to do A&R for Physical Grafitti, a new sublabel of the recently revitalized Strictly Rhythm specializing in the dirtier sounds of underground music.
